Description

Blanc de Noirs is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. ​ Barrel fermented and made in the Traditional Method, this late disgorged sparkling. Rahona Valley Blanc de Noirs is refinement and delicacy. Aromas of the bakery arise from extended time on yeast lees, while red fruits such as strawberries plus a touch of rhubarb fill the palate. While it has the natural acidity to be a great aperitif, this wine is crying out for subtle canapés.
