Estate grown in the cool maritime climate of the Mornington Peninsula, our Pinot Noir is crafted from individually selected rows. The vines were hand-pruned and the bunches hand-picked. This single vineyard wine was matured in French oak barriques for 18 months, resulting in a full-bodied, well balanced wine exhibiting cherry, raspberry, toasty oak and floral characteristics. It is ready for immediate enjoyment or may be cellared for 5 – 8 years.
