This traditional “ farm house” dry cider is predominantly made from traditional English and French cider apple varieties grown on site or by friends on the Mornington Peninsula.
This cider underwent secondary bottle fermentation for a natural fizz. Fermentation stopped to create a balanced cider with small amount of residual natural fruit sugars.
