Furikake was first developed in the early 1900's to ward off calcium deficiency and malnutrition in Japan. Since then it's become something of a staple in pantries across Japan and Hawaii. We've created an all-natural, umami-packed, local Furikake that will boost the flavour and nutritional benefit of everyday foods. We've used dried Victorian kelp, organic toasted white sesame seeds, organic black sesame seeds, organic chickpea miso powder, brown sugar and lemon myrtle powder. Delicious on rice, eggs, avo, salads, tofu, fish, roast vegies, soups almost anything. Always store with lid on in a cool, dry place. Please recycle container with your other hard plastics.
