Approximately 50% whole bunches were used during fermentation with natural yeasts. Malo-lactic fermentation was completed in barrels. Bottled in Dec 2018 without filtration, the Estate Pinot Noir is rich in texture, round and fleshy in the mouth with fine tannins slowly maturing. Rich perfume of red cherries and less of raspberries with elegant fine tannins and a good length. A Burgundy style Pinot, it is drinking well now and will continue to improve for quite a few years yet.
