Every spring, Red Hill Brewery put up the strings in their hop garden to train the vines. The Saison style is the traditional farmhouse ale that quells the thirst of the farmers doing this work. It's the beer that Red Hill Brewery knows is needed at this time of the year. Saisons are all about the yeast character , the saison yeasts consume all available sugars and create some powerful aromas and flavours.
