Cliff Edge Shiraz was produced from fruit that was grown in the Mount Langi Ghiran estate in Grampians, Victoria. When poured in a glass, the dark red liquid shows bright purple hues. It exudes blackberry, cherry and boysenberry aromas from its luscious bouquet, coupled with hints of pepper spice, clove and cocoa. The palate features rich red and black cherry flavours intensified by blue florals and pepper spice. This wine has length and balance brought about by a subtle oak influence, luscious tannins and fine acidity. While this marvellous wine is enjoyable on its own, it tastes absolutely delicious with lamb shanks, steak and barbecued meats.
